Before you can use the FTP service site you must establish an account with .
In order to log in to FTP site we will provide you with a user name and password.

Note:

In Microsoft Internet Explorer you can Log in using the File Menu or Right Clicking.
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer and are experiencing problems with FTP we have found the following to resolve most issues:

1. Select Tools>Internet Options
2. Select the Advanced Tab
3. Make sure that the following options:
4. Enable folder view for FTP sites--- IS check marked.
5. Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)--- IS NOT check marked
   

Step 1
Have your user name and password ready. Make sure Caps Lock is not on. User names and passwords are case sensitive.

Step 2
Make sure you save you password. Next time when you will be logged on automatically.

Step 3
Press Log on button.
