Here’s how Validate!^tm   works…

1. Validate!^tm Auto-Script:

Once the client agrees to provide the necessary information, your Tele-Services-Representative (TSR) conferences in the Validate!^tm system.  Validate!^tm then prompts the client through the verification, digitally recording each response in the client’s voice.  You have a permanent and easily retrievable record, which meets all legal requirements.

2. Validate!^tm Audited TPV:

Once the client completes the Validate!^tm Auto-Script, Tobell Communications Inc. personnel listen to each response and evaluate the veracity and integrity of each sale.

2a. Validate!^tm Vender Power Review:

For clients that are not legally mandated to use Third Party Verification, our unique Validate!^tm Vender Power Review is a great option. Validate!^tm  will automatically compile an entire day of activity for a quick and completely automated review.  Each transaction is condensed --eliminating the script-- to just customer responses and they are played in succession from the first to the last requiring virtually no touch-tone input.  A typical two minute transaction is reduced to just 25 seconds!  After each record you will be asked to “Grade this Transaction”, using either codes that we provide or codes that you customize for your specific needs.  This is a very powerful tool to evaluate telemarketing performance and customer intent.

3. Validate!^tm Random Call-Back:

A random sample –ranging between 5 and 50 percent-- of the audited sales are then called back.  Our operators professionally and politely verify the information recorded on the Validate!^tm system.  This call back is designed to accomplish two principle objectives: first, solicitor accountability as we verify the authenticity of the sale, second, buyer intent as we compile statistics on buyers remorse.

4. Validate!^tm Activity Reports:

Daily activity reports are sent via e-mail and contain the following vital information: 1.) Total number of validation attempts  2.) Total number of completed validation attempts  3.) Total number of sales  4.) Total number of rejected or non-sales  5.) Marketing Room identity  6.) TSR identity 7.)  Time and date of each attempt.

These reports are custom tailored in accordance with the management needs of your business.

5. Validate!^tm Archives:

Validate!^tm  recordings are available real-time via dialup telephone access for a period of ninety days.  These recordings are then made available in standard multi-media format on CD-ROM. For security purposes,  all recordings are made to mirrored hard disks, and daily backups are permanently written to CD-ROM .
